8.1. This NFT collection comprises one digital work, an animated GIF with 16 layers with a size of 525 x 720 pixels signed by the artist Taerzius. The work is a unique copy.
8.2. The intention of the artist is to capture in a single work successive phases of a creative workflow, the evolution of an artistic output in time, keeping it honest with no filter.
8.3. There are two fundamental ideas at the basis of this work: the first is a reflection on an aspect of the Universe as perceived by the artist and the second is the practical application of the Stream of Consciousness paradigm to the field of Visual Arts.
8.4. The artist perceives the Universe as a whole, one encompassing space where everything is connected and related. One way of embracing the Universe in its entirety is via a process of abstraction that distils forms and substance into simple brush strokes and ink.
8.5. The Stream of Consciousness practically applied to this visual art project is the sequence of the different layers of the animated GIF’s, each one a variation on some or all the aspects of the brush marks, including the blackness, the thickness, the shape and the effects like the shadows.
8.6. This way the flow, the sequence is maintained and documents the creative process and the thinking and explorations of the ideas coming with it. All is neatly packaged in a digital work. All this endeavour in time is the work.
